HAPIO Terms of Use
CR8TEK (UEN 53531114A) is a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore at 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28 Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051. CR8TEK operates HAPIO. "CR8TEK" means CR8TEK. Contact: admin@cr8tek.com
1. Purpose
This document states the terms on which a visitor may use the CR8TEK website at hapio.org, join the Hapio waitlist, or take part in a Hapio pilot.
2. Scope
This document applies to anyone who visits hapio.org, submits the waitlist form, or is invited into a pilot deployment of Hapio. It does not yet cover a purchase: Hapio is not currently offered for sale. A separate purchase agreement, including pricing, licence terms and a distribution mechanism, will be published before Hapio is offered for sale, and will supersede the relevant parts of this document for a buying Customer at that time.
3. Definitions

4. Policy Statement
CR8TEK is assessing demand for Hapio before undertaking further development. The Site exists to describe Hapio and to register interest through the Waitlist. Joining the Waitlist is not a purchase, a reservation, or a commitment by either party. Where CR8TEK runs a Pilot, the specific terms of that Pilot are agreed in writing with the participating organisation and govern that Pilot in addition to this document.
5. Roles and Responsibilities

6. Requirements
6.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site, joining the Waitlist, or taking part in a Pilot, the Visitor agrees to this document and to the Privacy Policy. A Visitor who does not agree must not use the Site.
6.2 Nature of the Site and of Hapio
The Site and any demonstration of Hapio on it are provided as is, without a warranty of any kind. Hapio itself, where a Pilot participant runs it, is pre release software: features, behaviour and pricing may change before a general release, and CR8TEK gives no assurance that a Pilot deployment will continue unchanged, be supported indefinitely, or lead to a general release.
6.3 The Waitlist
Joining the Waitlist means CR8TEK may contact the Visitor about Hapio, including to invite the Visitor to a Pilot or to notify the Visitor when Hapio becomes available for purchase. Joining the Waitlist creates no obligation on either party: not to CR8TEK, to offer a Pilot slot, a purchase, or a particular price, and not to the Visitor, to accept one if offered. A Visitor may leave the Waitlist at any time; see the Privacy Policy, Procedures 7.1.
6.4 Acceptable Use
A Visitor, and a Pilot participant, must not use the Site or a Pilot deployment to:
- submit false, misleading, defamatory or unlawful content;
- attempt to bypass, probe, or compromise the input guardrails, security controls, or local model runners of any Hapio deployment;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary system prompts, embeddings, or vector data from a Hapio deployment, except as a Pilot participant auditing its own deployment;
- use the Site or a Pilot deployment to build or assist a competing product.
6.5 Intellectual Property
The Site's content, and Hapio's code, architecture and branding, are CR8TEK's intellectual property or licensed to CR8TEK. A Visitor is granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable licence to access the Site for personal or internal business evaluation. Nothing in this document grants a licence to Hapio itself; that is a separate agreement, published when Hapio is offered for sale.
6.6 AI Output Disclaimer
Where a Visitor interacts with a Hapio demonstration or Pilot deployment, any answer it gives is produced by an automated language model grounded in retrieved documents. Grounding reduces the risk of an inaccurate answer; it does not remove it. The Visitor is responsible for verifying an answer before relying on it for a decision of any consequence, and must not present an answer as advice from a qualified professional.
7. Procedures
None beyond Requirements 6.3's Waitlist mechanics and the data rights procedure in the Privacy Policy, Procedures 7.1.
8. Exceptions
None. Where a specific Pilot's written terms conflict with this document, the Pilot's own terms govern that Pilot.
9. Compliance and Enforcement
CR8TEK may remove a Visitor from the Waitlist, or end a Pilot, for a breach of Requirements 6.4 that is not fixed after CR8TEK raises it.
10. Review and Maintenance
CR8TEK reviews this document at least once every 12 months, and sooner on any material change to the product, to pricing, or to how Hapio is sold. This document will be substantially rewritten, with a licence grant, pricing and distribution terms, before Hapio is offered for sale.

If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stands.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
